Data Control Clerk III at ICONMA, LLC

Our Client, a Coatings and paints company, is looking for Data Control Clerk III for their Austin, TX/Hybrid location
 
Responsibilities:

• Receives and inputs data information into an Excel Spreadsheet.
• Maintains and revises data as necessary and keep correct data.
• Other clerical duties and tasks may be required.
• This position is responsible for entering product status updates in Microsoft Excel on an hourly basis in production throughout the plant. Will also update and enter information into database (Oracle).
• Individual will need to wear PPE and walk to different buildings to collect information and enter.
• Pay attention to detail
• Manage time effectively
• Recognize problems, understand urgency and communicate to appropriate level
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Manage complexity. Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and prioritize efficiently while working without close supervision

 
Requirements

• 1 years of experience. Excel skills needed for this role.
• This is in a production environment so you will be walking around hourly to collect the data needed to enter into the excel spreadsheet.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years in data entry, clerical, or similar role
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook –
• Must be comfortable utilizing Excel including entering data and checking for accuracy.
• Individual should be intermediate.
• Must be comfortable working in and walking through the production areas.
