Position: Data Center ATI PLM Services Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center ATI PLM Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and management of Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions within Google Data Centers (GDC). You will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance productivity through streamlined processes and integration of PLM systems with downstream applications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. BOM Management:
Ø Initial site Bill of Materials (BOM) intake, ensuring compliance with a 48-hour post BDP release Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Ø Populate initial site BOMs with the lowest option class (LOC) subitems based on the Google Plan of Record (gPOR) standard items and quantities.
2. Performance Tracking:
Ø Provide weekly updates on cycle time metrics and overall performance tracking related to PLM processes.
3. Architecture and Integration:
Ø Define and develop the architecture for Agile PLM integration with downstream applications such as Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) systems.
Ø Manage customization deliverables to enhance integration capabilities.
4. Agile PLM Administration:
Ø Offer administration, configuration, and customization support for Agile PLM across Google Data Centers, addressing any tool-related challenges
5. Scalable Solutions:
Ø Conduct research and analysis to deliver scalable solutions for Agile PLM system implementation, integration, and customization.
6. Stakeholder Engagement:
Ø Conduct technical architecture, data migration, and design reviews with Google stakeholders, including teams from Equipment Supply Chain, GDC Operations, Engineering, and Quality.
7. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Ø Provide PLM integration services to other departments, such as Alphabet Supply Chain Intelligence and Innovation (ASCII), to enhance productivity.
8. Business Intelligence Reporting:
Ø Deliver ongoing technical reports and dashboards related to business intelligence as requested by Google.
9. Change Management:
Ø Ensure the completion of change management processes, including Engineering Change Orders (ECO), and adhere to software development standards.
Qualifications:
Ø bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Ø Proven experience with Agile PLM, Oracle ERP, MRP, IBP, and IMS integrations.
Ø Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and data management processes.
Ø Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ø Proficient in configuring PLM systems and developing custom solutions.
Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
Ø Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ø Experience in data center operations or similar environments.
Ø Familiarity with Google’s PLM systems and tools.
Ø Knowledge of project management methodologies.
