As a Data Center Asset Manager, you'll ensure SOX and audit compliance for Roblox, manage an established audit trail for physical fixed assets at the data centers is mandatory.
You Will:
- Maintain and complete day-to-day hardware asset lifecycle activities from Receiving through Disposal and resolve operational issues
- Ensure proper recording of assets and data integrity in Roblox’s physical asset database, ensuring asset updates are accurate, in conjunction with standardized data formats
- Implement monthly reports & metrics
- Process data center hardware disposals & manage 3rd party disposal vendor relationships
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures and guidelines to ensure operational conformance and execution contingencies to help Roblox achieve compliance
- Experience with component lifecycle management a plus
You Have:
- Meticulous and have excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Ability to handle changing priorities
- Computer savvy with excellent spreadsheet software skills
- At least 5+ years of Data Center Asset Management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
