Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device.We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there. A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone.As a Data Center Asset Manager, you'll ensure SOX and audit compliance for Roblox, manage an established audit trail for physical fixed assets at the data centers is mandatory. You Will: Maintain and complete day-to-day hardware asset lifecycle activities from Receiving through Disposal and resolve operational issuesEnsure proper recording of assets and data integrity in Roblox’s physical asset database, ensuring asset updates are accurate, in conjunction with standardized data formatsImplement monthly reports & metricsProcess data center hardware disposals & manage 3rd party disposal vendor relationshipsDocument and maintain standard operating procedures and guidelines to ensure operational conformance and execution contingencies to help Roblox achieve complianceExperience with component lifecycle management a plusYou Have:Meticulous and have excellent organizational and analytical skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendorsAbility to handle changing prioritiesComputer savvy with excellent spreadsheet software skillsAt least 5+ years of Data Center Asset Management experienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experienceFor roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below.
The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand.
Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range.
This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
