We at Coforge are hiring a Data Business Systems Analystwith the following skillset :

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements related to P&C and Mortgage Insurance.
• Develop detailed business and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Perform data mapping and analysis using SQL.
• Develop and execute UAT test cases.
• Review test cases and test plans created for QA.
• Work closely with development teams (both onshore and offshore) to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of P&C Business Analysis.
• In-depth understanding of Mortgage Insurance.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and mapping.
• Experience in developing and executing UAT test cases.
• Ability to review and provide feedback on QA test cases and test plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
