Job Title: Billing Data Entry Clerk
Location: Azusa, CA
Pay Rate: $22 -$25/hr.
Company offers: 4 Quarterly Bonuses, 1 Holiday Bonus
Schedule: M-Friday 8-4:30/5pm
Type: Temp-to-hire

SUMMARY:
* Performs administrative and bookkeeping functions that assist in the daily operations of the branch.
* Set up customer accounts and billing information into Jobcore
* Entry of time, materials, and labor hours (payroll hours for technicians)
* Enter job costs and adjustments.
* Process set ups to fulfill Contract conditions/changes.
* Prints set ups, submission sheets, sequence sheets and all necessary docs for job set up.
* Reviews pricing on payment schedule and/or PO's to bid.
* Send job set ups for to the appropriate branches.
* Manages the "Pending Documents List" and "AWRs" in Salesforce for any setups/documents.
* needed and requests them from Salesperson and/or Builder.
* Add to the "Draw List" projects that have a draw date, requires billing once a month or pays
* on set date(s) in a month.
* Manages the "Scheduled Not Set Up List" in Salesforce and "No Set Up" phases in jobCore
* which includes cost transfer and deleting "No Set Up" phase once job is set up.
* Assists and supports Data Entry Supervisor/Office Manager with other miscellaneous job
* related duties as needed.
* Ensures compliance to SOX Audit Requirements.
* Be able to train other people on the essential duties and responsibilities of this position.
* Be able to do back-up tasks for Data Entry and other departments.
* Be able to perform audits for self or other Data Entry clerks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School Diploma - required
* 2 years' experience in office coordination, billing, PO/Change Orders, coding, etc.
