Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of Clienthitectural principles, API integration strategies, and microservice-based design.
Proficiency in designing modular, scalable Clienthitectures.
Enterprise Data Marketplace, Data Catalog, and Enterprise Data Access Control products, data governance and access control frameworks
Collibra and Immuta platforms with compute engines like Glue, Trino Starburst, and Databricks
AI models and visualizations
API integration strategies, and microservice-based design
cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clienthitect Consultant to support the Client product line, which encompasses the Enterprise Data Marketplace, Data Catalog, and Enterprise Data Access Control products. This role is pivotal in understanding the current Clienthitecture, adoption patterns, and product strategy while helping to design the Clienthitecture for the next generation of Client.
As a consultant, you will work closely with the product team to establish and govern the future Clienthitecture, ensuring it evolves beyond traditional data products to include AI models, visualizations, insights assets, and more. You will play a key role in driving innovation, modularity, and scalability within the Client ecosystem, aligning with the organization's strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Product Clienthitecture and Strategy:
Assess the current Clienthitecture, adoption, and product strategy to identify opportunities for improvement and scalability.
Define and oversee the design of the next-generation Clienthitecture for Client, aligned with future business needs and product evolution.
Work with the product team to establish and govern the Clienthitectural principles, standards, and frameworks for Client.
Support the evolution of Client and Marketplace to encompass AI models, visualizations, insights assets, and other advanced data assets.
Conduct regular evaluations of solution designs to ensure alignment with Clienthitectural principles, scalability goals etc.
Implement a governance framework to identify, prioritize, and address technical debt.
Participate in trade-off discussions and document Clienthitecture decisions.
Clienthitecture review of technical solutions from Technical Product Managers
Add: Peer review of coding practices from development team
Add: Learn about customer processes and coding standards and ensure adherence to customer principles
Integration and Innovation:
Design and implement Clienthitectural solutions to enable seamless integration between Enterprise Data Marketplace, Data Catalog, and Enterprise Data Access Control products.
Enhance API usage and drive the transition to a microservice-based Clienthitecture for greater modularity and scalability.
Support the integration of Collibra and Immuta platforms with compute engines like Glue, Trino Starburst, and Databricks to optimize Client s capabilities.
Technical Leadership and Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and other stakeholders, to align on Clienthitecture strategy and implementation.
Partner with the product team to define roadmaps and ensure Clienthitectural alignment with the organization's goals.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical leadership and driving best practices for Clienthitectural governance.
Governance and Security:
Ensure all Clienthitectural designs adhere to organizational policies, data governance requirements, and security standards.
Evolve data governance practices to accommodate diverse assets, including AI models and visualizations, alongside traditional data products.
Optimization and Future-Readiness:
Identify opportunities for system optimization, modernization, and cost-efficiency.
Lead initiatives to future-proof the Clienthitecture, supporting scalability for increasing demands across data products and advanced analytics.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience in Clienthitecture roles, with demonstrated success in designing and governing complex systems.
Experience with enterprise platforms like Collibra, Immuta, and Databricks, as well as compute engines such as Glue and Trino Starburst.
