Location: Owings Mills MD or New York

Initial Assignment Duration: 6 Months

MAX Rate: DOE

USC and GC Preferred.

Work Location: Owings Mills MD or New York depending on where the candidate is located, the preference will be for the candidate to adhere to the hybrid model, by reporting to either location once we are back on campus.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

*AWS Experience*

A Bachelor's Degree in a technology area of study; preferably in Computer Science, MIS or Analytics

7+ years equivalent work experience in Information Technology

5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Architecture and/or Data Warehousing; preferably in a shared or enterprise data environment

5+ years direct experience in Data Modeling and Data Solution Development. Excellent knowledge of metadata management, data modeling, and related tools (Erwin or ER Studio or others) required.

5+ years of hands-on relational, dimensional, and/or analytic experience (using RDBMS, dimensional, NoSQL data platform technologies, and ETL and data ingestion protocols).

2+ years of experience in Asset Management and/or financial services

Knowledge in semantic data modeling a plus

SQL Query development skills for analyzing and profiling data

Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies Waterfall and Agile

Deep expertise in data modeling principles/methods including conceptual, logical & physical Data Models

Ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas, regardless of the technical capacity of the audience

Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work as part of a team

Ability to quickly learn and adapt modeling methods from case studies or other proven approaches

Interview Process: Interviews will be video interviews, 45 minutes each, with no more than 4 team members each.
