- Help build a deeply technical environment that intersects the disciplines of Computer Science & Client Experience.
- Work in a fast paced, highly skilled, and results-oriented data analytics group.

- Translate business objectives into data infrastructure architectures that develop high-quality, low-latency solutions.
- Construct complex dimensional data models and business critical data products used across the organization.
- Develop procedures and automation for data migration and replication via Fivetran, DBT, Airflow, APIs, Python, etc.
- Coach and support Business Analysts growth in data technology best practices.
- Provide day-to-day support in a variety of database technologies including Snowflake, Mysql, & SQL Server.
- Participate in support activities that include on call monitoring of the critical production data systems and taking reactive procedures to provide business continuity.
- Support root cause analysis research and resolution for any production incidents.
- Simplify the existing data architecture, delivering reusable services and cost saving opportunities.
- Research and implement new data & analytics features and emerging technologies.

- You have 8+ years of data engineering leadership in an enterprise environment.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent work experience.

- Your prior work for a digital retail brand and/or in the warehousing / fulfillment / parcel logistics field.
- Your experience with other relational database technologies (e.g. Oracle, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure SQL Database), data platform tools (e.g. Databricks, Informatica, Tableau) and/or big data tools (e.g. Posit/Shiny, R, Apache Drill, Kafka, etc.)
- Your history supporting software engineering Object-Oriented programming, Service Oriented Architecture, Web Service technologies (SOAP, REST, etc.)
- Your Cloud Services, Power BI, and/or Database Certification(s).
- Your Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or related field.
