This role will be responsible for supporting Data Integration & Governance tools and platforms. In addition, this role will require working closely with business partners to understand needs and support their roadmaps.

This role will be responsible for supporting Data Integration & Governance tools and platforms. In addition, this role will require working closely with business partners to understand needs and support their roadmaps.
Responsibilities:
- Platform Engineering – Architecture & Design, Deployment and Post-Implementation Support.
- Platform Support – Lifecycle Management, Level 3 Support, Adoption, Change Management, Incident and Problem management, Vendor management, Resiliency. Monitoring and managing Team service performance based on service level agreements (SLA) for Service requests, Incidents, Problems and Change tickets.
- Mitigates risk by following established procedures & monitoring controls and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
- Implement Operational Readiness – Implement new services following company standards and processes.
- Deliver targeted business outcomes by participating in the technical decision-making process.
- Analyze changing business requirements to determine impact and optimal solution regarding defining the future state technical architecture.
- Establish principles and models that guide technology decisions for the enterprise (best practices)
- Ensure adherence to the governance, standards and best practices established by the client.
- Ensure delivered solutions enable infrastructure agility, scalability, and resilience to support required product needs throughout product lifecycle.
- Product Technical SME supporting Application Development and increased awareness of the platforms.
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
- Must have strong knowledge and hands on experience with Snowflake.
- Experience in SQL, Python, Unix, Shell Scripting.
- Knowledge on Data Warehousing concepts and RDBMS.
- Knowledge of Data Integration Processes and Platforms.
- Experience with typical IT operating systems (Windows/Linux) and technology platforms (Networking, Server, Application, Cloud).
- A initiative-taker with strong business judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy is required.
- Experience of 3rd line support role, methodical and quick when problem solving and willingness to perform Level 3 support role.
- Experience working in an agile environment and distributed development teams is a distinct advantage.
- Effectively manages tasks, taking a practical approach to determine the most effective method of execution while respecting others' expertise and considering others' feelings and working styles.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
