Job Summary:
· The Data Measurement & Reporting Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing marketing campaigns and customer data for Client. This individual will extract, manipulate, and analyze data, generate comprehensive reports, and deliver actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
· Collaborating with Marketing Campaign Strategists to understand the business requirements, the analyst will leverage SQL/Python to access, manipulate and analyze data while ensuring its accuracy through rigorous quality checks. This role connects data analytics with marketing strategy, ensuring campaign
results drive informed decision making for future improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Analysis:
· Extract, clean, and manipulate marketing campaign data from various platforms and systems.
· Develop reports summarizing campaign performance, including key metrics such as ROI, engagement rates, and conversion metrics.
Data Reporting:
· Create clear, visually compelling, and accurate dashboards or reports using tools such as Excel, Tableau or other visualization platforms.
· Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting outputs.
Insight Generation:
· Analyze and Interpret campaign results to provide actionable insights to marketing strategists.
· Identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity based on campaign data analysis.
Collaboration with Marketing Team:
· Present findings to marketing strategists, helping them understand campaign performance and how to optimize future efforts.
· Partner with marketing strategists to define success metrics and test hypotheses for iterative campaign testing.
Continuous Improvement:
· Proactively identify opportunities to streamline data extraction, reporting, and analysis processes.
· Contribute to the development of measurement frameworks and best practices for marketing performance analysis and campaign reporting.
Skills:
· Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python to access and manipulate large datasets.
· Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
· Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing concepts and strategies.
· Experience in testing methodologies, such as A/B testing, holdout testing, and the ability to analyze test results Knowledge of healthcare data and familiarity with medical billing and coding is a plus.
