Data Analyst at Fidelity TalentSource LLC

 Fidelity TalentSource is your destination for discovering your next temporary role at Fidelity Investments. We are currently sourcing for a Data Analyst to work in Fidelity’s Enterprise Infrastructure Group in Westlake, TX.

The Role

The Data Analyst will lead in data modeling and design, working independently on the development and implementation of data solutions and visualizations. They will use standard methodologies for data integration of cloud-based and traditional infrastructure technologies. As a member of this team, you will deliver data-centric solutions for use by our customers. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to demonstrate experience applying statistics, data mining, and deep learning techniques in a professional context. You will be responsible for working with Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists while integrating large amounts of data to help tell stories, identify issues and opportunities, and drive decisions.

The Foundational Tools team is looking for a data analyst who will deliver analytics and data science solutions. Members of our team are highly dynamic, team-oriented and partner with each other, business partners and their squads. The Expertise and Skills we’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree required, Advanced Degree a plus
• 3+ years of experience generating analytical insights to drive business actions.
• Experience in crafting and developing dashboards & reports using Tableau
• Experience using and querying cloud data technologies (Snowflake, Athena)
• Experience with Data Warehousing methodologies and practices
• Proven ability to work with various data types and structures
• Understanding of general Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques
• Software development exposure to Angular, Java Web services, and API solutions a plus
• Experience working in AWS ecosystem using EC2, EKS, and Sagemaker a plus
• Proven ability to work across multiple projects within different contexts in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to work in an Agile team structure
• Good communication and presentation skills
