About the Job
- Analyze and map data from various sources, including billing systems (CSG, ICOMS), circuit inventory systems, provisioning systems, and workflow systems
- Develop and implement data models to support data migration and integration into the target data store or data storage inventory system
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data by performing thorough data validation and verification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and business analysts, to understand data requirements and business needs
- Create and maintain documentation for data mapping, data models, and data migration processes
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues during the data migration process
- Develop and execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure seamless data integration
- Monitor data migration progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and data quality enhancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data mapping, and data migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of billing systems (CSG, ICOMS), circuit inventory, provisioning, and workflow systems
- Proficiency in data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes
- Experience with SQL and other database management tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CPQ systems and implementations
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data manipulation and automation
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
