Job type: Part-time contract role (20 hours per week)
Location: 100% remote from the US
The Data Analyst & Report Developer for the Patient Services group will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights. This role will leverage Salesforce data, integrated with other Salesforce instances and additional data sources, to develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making across Patient Services functions. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience with data integration and analysis within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

- Understanding of Patient Services and how the data flows.
- Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting Experience
- Power BI experience (or similar)
- Understanding of Salesforce Data Model
- Proficiency in SQL Server is helpful – the Data Lake is a SQL Server database
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting requirements, documenting configuration/design, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Experience with Integration support – e.g. for integrations between internal and partner salesforce applications
- Excellent communication skills; experience interacting with business & IT stakeholders in patient services
