Responsibilities:
· Required experience includes WebApps, ERP system(s), data exporting, data cleansing, validating data and MDM. Field Services Management (FSM) is a preferred, but not required
· Support a standardized data migration process flow including utilizing tools or developing templates for data extraction, mapping, transformation, cleansing, loading and validation
· Responsible for executing this process for their respective project within assigned timelines
· Collaborate with other Data Team members on the design and implementation of data connections, storage, and access in the alignment of the data strategy set forth by leadership
· Familiar with SQL, comfortable applying logic-based transformations, and knowledgeable about database architecture
· Learn aspects of software systems including data structures, configurations, and business processes applicable to support data management and loading in the system
· Support the Operating Companies and other IT workstreams to solution data migration within the business systems
· Assist in developing data cleansing efforts (including automation) to support better project implementations and conversions of companies onto or between business systems
· Assist in developing and organizing templates for master data and transactional data migration and cleansing
· Ensure solutions, configurations, and processes are sustainable and scalable
· Support partnerships to maintain relationships and ensure initiatives are completed successfully
· Engage the user community to support Operating Companies' clean data initiatives and ensure proper systems use through training, support, standard processes, and feedback loops
· Help maintain user community communication, training documentation, and resources, ensuring these living documents are readily available and updated as necessary
· Build and maintain a repository of documentation to support future initiatives, following the enterprise standards
· Other duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of data migration, cleansing, testing, imports, and exports and business process knowledge
· Minimum 4+ years working in an IT environment independently and in teams
· Experience working in a remote or hybrid delivery model
· Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, data analytics or a related field preferred
· Proficient in SQL
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data cleansing/migration tools with ability to use Excel as a reporting and analytics tool
· Experience using Tableau/Power BI, SharePoint and the Microsoft Tool Suite
· Experience with ERP data conversion, de-duping, and cleansing, including data cleansing best practices and approaches to improve data quality
· Excellent analytical skills and aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
· Experience in MDM, data lineage and data governance
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Data-driven and analytical approach
· Strong attention to detail and organization skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Strong character, ethics, commitment, and reliability
