- PM background running huddles meetings etc is a plus.
- Strong Data analysis and data manipulation
- They pull data from multiple systems and merge the data together
- They will run reports from Service Now
- Heavy data experience needed
- Service Now experience is preferred for the after the move on tickets.
- Desktop software experience
- PM experience is a plus
