Responsibilities of the Data Analyst

• Calculate losses from publicly traded investments under the securities laws accounting methodologies
• Analyze corporate insider transactions to determine the profit they realized from selling shares
• Perform comparative analyses to determine potential arguments for legal cases
• Work with the firm’s attorneys regarding quantitative aspects of litigation

What you bring to the table as a Data Analyst

• 5+ years of related experience in an Data role; ideal industries include: Law Firm, Financial Services / Investment Management firms
• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance; MBA is a major plus
• High level of advanced Excel and other reporting software; Bloomberg Terminal is a plus
• Experience managing and training a team
