We are currently seeking a dedicated, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for turning data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions. You will play a crucial part in analyzing market trends, pricing strategies, and inventory management to support our business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret data related to the aviation used serviceable market, focusing on parts pricing, availability, and demand trends.
Use Excel and VBA to consolidate workflows and drive process efficiencies
Assist in the development and maintenance of databases and data systems specific to the aviation industry.
Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decisions regarding inventory management and procurement.
Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
Generate regular reports on market trends, sales performance, and inventory status using statistical techniques and data visualization tools.
Support the management team in making data-driven decisions by providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analytics and reporting activities.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the aviation used serviceable market.
Assist in the development of predictive models and algorithms to forecast market behaviors and inventory needs.

Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a Quantitative Discipline.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in the aviation industry or related field.
Proficiency in data analysis tools, software and methods (e.g., ETL,SQL, Python, R).
Proficiency with Excel and VBA
Familiarity with libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or spark
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Assist in the development of predictive models and algorithms to forecast market behaviors and inventory needs.
Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
Experience working with cloud platforms (i.e. AWS, etc.)
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be a team player with a collaborative approach but also able to work independently.
