Role: Payroll Analyst
Location: Cary, NC
Duration: 6 months (Potential to extend)
Job Description:
We have an immediate need for a Data Analyst possessing:
- Excellent excel skills, working knowledge of PowerBI
- WD experience preferred
- Organized, good communicator, good at documentation
- Working knowledge of HR Payroll
- Excel at intermediate or higher level
Responsibilities:
The data analyst will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining reports, dashboards and scorecards to illustrate data and provide insight to members of the HR team. In addition, this role will work with technical resources and subject matter experts from HR and Information Systems.
Main Accountabilities:
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources and present the results of data in a secure, usable format, as well as translating them to technical and system languages, to work with Information Systems to implement them into system solutions.
- Perform analysis of data gaps and work with relevant stakeholders to recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and other HR teams on project driven requests and prioritization.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Salary
40 - 50 /hour
