We are backed by the investment arm of one of America's largest furniture retailers, although we are independent and proudly building technology in service of the furniture industry and furniture shoppers.
About The Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst who will help to shape and implement data strategies to ensure the company stays on the leading edge of technology and delivers solutions for consumers and partners. You will contribute across the whole organization, from marketing, sales, to product, and help to build solid relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities
- Solve business problems and capture opportunities, ensuring both creativity and relevance.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into data stories.
- Help to maintain analytics data systems and databases.
- Use basic statistical analysis to interpret data, paying particular attention to trends and patterns.
- Work with DEV to add and edit tags for granular user event insights.
- Prepare BI reports for internal and external consumers. This includes executive leadership, customers, and different teams inside the organization.
Minimal Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in a quantitative field.
- Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Big Query.
- Experience building customizable dashboards in PowerBI, Tableau, Data Studio, or any other BI reporting tool.
- Strong SQL skills are a must!
- Python/R skills is a big plus.
- Strong analytical skills (data cleaning, analysis, & visualization) with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary Range: $80,000 to $110,000 annually + bonus + benefits. The salary will depend on the seniority level, expertise, and performance during the interview process.
