Title	Data Analyst
Description	Savvee Consulting is seeking to hire a Data Analyst to support our government client, onsite, in Alexandria, VA. Candidates must hold an active Secret clearance, have a bachelor's degree, and be analytical thinkers in order to report findings to senior leadership to be considered for this position. Essential Functions Performing data analysis for both the customer and contract team for daily reports Populating internal repositories of relevant analytic, policy, program, background, and legislative information Managing the database mining in response to taskers. Providing input to reports and products including memos, talking point, and briefing materials Maintaining situational awareness of DHS related events, incidents, and threats and ensuring team is always aware of these efforts Supporting the Watch as needed if staffing requires assistance Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
Position Requirements	Education & Training Bachelor’s degree Minimum Experience & Skills Six or more years of professional experience Holds an active Secret clearance Ability to obtain a DHS Suitability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with the applications in the Microsoft Suite with advance skills in Microsoft Excel Experience utilizing Tableau Desired Education/Certifications & Skills Experience utilizing SharePoint
