Dance Studio Administrator - Ensemble Performing Arts

Ensemble Schools is looking for an experienced Front Desk Administrator to help administer at D'Valda & Sirico Dance and Music Centre. Our growing studio in Fairfield, CT, focuses on providing quality instruction in a safe environment. Our positive classrooms are staffed by amazing teachers who go beyond teaching dance technique to developing important life skills in students because Dance With Me is about More Than Just Great Dancing!®

We are looking for someone who can offer the following hours:  

Weekday Evenings: Monday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Wednesday & Thursday: 4:00 PM - 8:30 PM

**Saturday Mornings:** 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM (varied)

Responsibilities:

• Process student enrollments, scheduling, and maintaining accounts.
• Actualize long and short term projects within the studio.
• Work directly with the directors, dance faculty, parents and students.
• Provide reliable transportation and pass a routine background check.
• Exhibit traits of dependability, professionalism, enthusiasm, punctuality, and friendliness.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive
• Comfortable with customer service, including interactions with adults, teens, and children, as well as making and receiving phone calls
• Front desk administrative experience in an artistic venue (e.g., music or dance studio), including light manual work, assisting at various events
