The Opportunity
The Episcopal Academy is looking to add a Dance and Musical Choreographer to our Performing Arts Department. This position is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a robust and thriving musical theater program and a strong and varied dance program. This is a part time position, with afternoon and evening hours.
Who You Are
There are many different experiences and paths that would make someone well prepared for this dynamic role. We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced with choreography for musical theater
- Capable of creating learning experiences for students with varying level of dance experience
- Passionate about working with both Middle School and Upper School aged students
- Skilled in a variety of dance styles, including ballet, tap, hip hop, and modern dance
- Familiar with offering dance in the context of an Athletics program
- Collaborative, creative, and eager to build a dance program from an already solid foundation
