Dairy Manufacturing Digital Product Owner - Land O'Lakes Inc.

The Dairy Manufacturing Product Owner works closely with the manufacturing teams to build a roadmap of various digital solutions that enable improved plant performance typically in the areas of quality, efficiency or cost reductions and de-hassle the work for frontline plant employees. The Product Owner coordinates development and implementation of work products from the roadmap with the IT Product Manager.

This position will work remotely, Salary range are $102,480 - $143,500.00 is negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Creation and Maintenance of Manufacturing Strategic Product Roadmap
  
• Prioritize product workstreams to ensure lower priority products do not interfere with Agile Product Sprints.
  
• Lead sprint reviews and prominently participate in sprint planning, story refinement, and retrospectives.
  
• Support and guide team of Product Analysts in developing digital solution tools and PowerBI dashboards.
  

Education/Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science is required.
  
• 4 + years of Agile Project Management experience, preferably utilizing Agile methodology.
  
• Proven skills in business applications and technology with experience in ERP systems or JD Edwards. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI skills.
  

Competencies Required:

• Excellent creative problem-solving skills including ability to proactively lead and/or support continuous process improvement initiatives.
  
• Strong customer service focus and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  
• Experience working for a Fortune 500 company setting.
  

Occasional travel is required in this role.
