Dairy Consultant - GPAC

We are working with a rapidly growing International animal health company that has seen tremendous success, doubling their sales in the U.S. in the past few years. As they expand into the California market, they are looking for a passionate and motivated Dairy Sales Representative to join their team and help drive growth in Tulare County. Their products and services are trusted by dairy producers, feed mills, Nutritionists, and Veterinarians across the globe, and they are seeking someone to build strong relationships and grow their presence in California’s dairy industry.

Position: Dairy Sales RepresentativeLocation: Tulare County, California Salary: $70,000 - $90,000, plus bonus & commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with dairy producers, feed mills, nutritionists, and veterinarians within the Tulare County region.
• Promote and sell our innovative animal health products to enhance dairy operations, improve herd health, and optimize performance.
• Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
• Work closely with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding product offerings.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the dairy industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for dairy producers.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to guide future sales strategies and product development.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to company growth and expansion in California.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience within the dairy industry or related animal health/agribusiness fields is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the dairy sector, including feed mills, nutrition, and herd health.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a cross-functional team.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the Tulare County region as needed.
