Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Microsoft Dynamics Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations project. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of our ERP solutions, ensuring that projects are completed within the specified time frame and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementation projects.
- Lead project team members, including consultants, developers, and analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that project goals and objectives are clearly defined and understood.
- Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure that project requirements are met.
- Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet customer expectations.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.
- Manage project change control processes to ensure that project scope and budget are maintained.
- Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing ERP projects, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Experience in leading enterprise-level ERP implementations.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of finance transformation and ERP solutions.
- Experience in managing project budgets and timelines.
- Experience with project management software, including Microsoft Project and Jira.
