Job summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (F&O). The ideal candidate will have 10 to 12 years of experience in data management and analysis. This role involves overseeing projects, ensuring data accuracy, and leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O to optimize operations.
Required Skills:
1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O
2. D365 SCM & WMS Models
3. Knowledge on the Agile process and Jira tools
Responsibilities:
1. Participate on the customer requirement workshops and plan the release schedule in align with Stakeholders
2. Provide the scalable solution on WMS functionality using the D365 SCM and WMS modules
3. Should be aware of the month end and year activities
4. Knowledge on the D365 API calls, Business Events
5. Knowledge on the Approval Process, P2P, and O2C processes
6. Coordinate with Onsite and Offshore team for the delivery
7. Handle the release and deployment activities
8. Coordinate for the functional and user acceptance testing
9. Prepare configuration checklist and validation with Finance, Production, and MDM SMEs
10. Gather configuration (including Integration) and master data upload for Finance, SCM,
11. Functional testing (SIT) preparation which includes, prepare test cases based on scenarios received, share test cases with test manager to upload it in ADO
12. Configurations as per checklist and master data upload
13. Conduct Training for Finance, SME, Consumer Care, MDM, and Production Super Users
14. Support UAT Execution and business engagement manager for resolving UAT process blockers/issues
15. Support cut over and data migration activities
16. Support during Hypercare and KT and handover to long term support team
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in geospatial data management and analysis.
- Have extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Show proficiency in geospatial tools and technologies.
- Have a strong understanding of data validation and quality assurance processes.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to train and mentor team members effectively.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop and implement geospatial strategies.
- Have experience in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
