JourneyTeam is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM System Administrator to join our IT department. This position will be focused on our internal CRM, responsible for managing and optimizing the environment, including Power Platform, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Project Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full system ownership of the Dynamics 365 CRM system, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, enhancements, and user experience.
- Manage user roles, permission, and access controls and ensure system integrity, security and performance.
- Customize and configure modules to meet business requirements.
- Develop and manage Power Platform tools and automate workflows and processes.
- Optimize and integrate Copilot extensions for the CRM platform.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and assist in review and approval of change requests for the CRM.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.
Qualifications:
- Dynamics 365 CRM System Administrator experience.
- Power Platform experience.

- Experience providing excellent customer service and support in an IT environment.
- Development and coding skills in JavaScript.

Preferred Skills (not required):
- Experience with Azure DevOps ticketing system.
- Experience with data migration and integration.
- Familiarity with Azure services and cloud computing.
- Knowledge and experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Project Operations Modules.
- Proficiency in Power Platform tools, especially Power Automate.
- Experience with Copilot and Copilot Studio Extensions.
- Knowledge of .NET development.

30 Days:
- Knowledge transfers with stakeholders, the CRM product owner, and the employee who is currently performing this role.
- Gain familiarity and comfort with our systems and processes.
- Attend a CAB review meeting.
- Perform a successful solution push to our Dynamics 365 production environment.
90 Days:
- Own and architect approved system enhancements.
- Resolve and/or escalate all system bugs.
- Continue to attend CAB review meetings and offer advice/consult on changes and status updates.
6 months:
- Successfully complete a major category CAB approved enhancement to our Dynamics 365 production environment.
1 Year:
- Understand and document all system automations and integrations.
- Own the entire Dynamics 365 CRM environment, overseeing changes and enhancements, functioning as a consultant to our internal teams and SME.
Compensation:
$70,000-$90,000 annual salary, dependent on experience and demonstrated abilities.
