How You Will Make an Impact:

Provide administrative/clerical support in various Warehouse related functions with a focus on Distribution functions. In this position there will be a focus led by the Inventory Control Specialist and all tasks under his/her purview. This role will also support inventory accuracy, scrap accounting, daily transactions, and all other administrative material related functions.

The Nuts and Bolts:

Obtain and sustain no negative inventory as both Netable and by location.

Keeps accurate counts on products by physically counting inventory.

Daily Cycle Counts to identify and fix inventory problems.

Process data entry with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner.

Perform counts accordingly to PFEP and bin audits with sweep counts to consolidate inventory.

Understand PI process and impact that rotating cycle counts have to support.

Perform counts within allocated time between count initiation and turn in.

Led by Inventory Control Specialist with all administrative tasks: Printing lists, communication of hot items, resolution of inventory discrepancies, and any other tasks deemed necessary by the Inventory Control Specialist.

Ability to follow direction and perform duties in a team environment.

Compile, distribute and analyze monthly Scrap reports.

Assist with development of scrap reporting systems .

Compile, distribute DRP fulfillment and other distribution KPIs

Support other clerical warehouse roles outside of distribution as assigned: Back flushing, closing out Work Orders, Cycle Counts, and data entry.

Strong skills with Microsoft Excel and JDE

Must be able to read and understand work instructions and distribution lists

Performs other duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager as necessary.

Required Credentials:

High School Diploma and/or college courses

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Excel and Outlook proficiency.

Ability to train and learn JDE system.

Be a Self-Starter, motivated, analytical.

Work in a Team environment.

Ability to handle multiple chores and deadlines

Good organizational skills

Calm under pressure and focused on immediate tasks

Perform light duty/physical skills as required
