Position Type: Full-Time Contract

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Cyber Brand Defense Specialists are expected to operate independently and leverage best-in-class investigation skills across multiple concurrent investigations to find external engagement opportunities that reduce risk to the firm, the firm's interests or customers. CBD Specialists develops and executes evidence-based operations to interdict or mitigate external threats. This includes, but not limited to, counter phishing/ vishing, reporting network attacks, and engaging fraud found on the Internet or social media. CBD Specialists build and maintain relationships with service providers to ensure timely investigations and stay with every issue until resolution.
Required skills:
• A broad knowledge of computer networking, log analysis, information security principles, and adversarial tools and techniques
• Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking
• Able to identify, analyze and address cyber security issues or threats, including emerging tactics or techniques
• Capability to convey a cyber-security issue or threat to an external firm in a way that demonstrates how it violates the Terms of Service or Community Standards
• Ability to resolve issues with minimal negative impact and risk to the organization
• Confident and capable written and oral presentation skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work independently with little oversight managing multiple investigations simultaneously
• Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding
• Must have strong leadership skills and qualities which enable you to work with peers and various levels of management
• Demonstrated vendor management skills
Overview:
Design, develop and integrate services in large-scale distributed enterprise infrastructure As an application software developer will be the subject matter expert for an application and coordinate its development and integration activities. Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing efficiently. Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements. Designs/develops/modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained. Designs/develops/maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance). Self motivated, takes ownership and challenges self to builds new skills: Angular5 & above, Maven dependency management, GIT/Bitbucket source repository, and Spring Boot microservice runtime Strong analytical mindset with proven technical analysis and research, problem-solving skills, and diagnostic ability. Strong communication and collaboration skills and able to interact effectively with various peers, technology leaders, business leaders, and end-users Strong proficiency in Web application development using Angular. Strong background in Node.JS for Rest API development and deployment Expertise in MVC and JS framework. REST API development, SSO using Ping Federate Expertise in Bitbucket for Development, Sonarcube, Unit Testing Frameworks, in-depth understanding of DevOps for Development

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $70 – $78 Per Hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
