Coke Florida is looking for a Cyber Security Manager to work out of our Tampa HQ area office.
What You Will Do:
As a Coke Florida Cyber Security Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing the company's cyber security program. This will have a focus on both Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) Security. This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, risk management, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain the company's information security strategy, policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and mitigate security risks, balancing the needs of both OT and IT Security
- Lead the development of and executive of security strategies and best practices for both OT and IT Security, ensuring the protection of critical systems, sensors, and industrial control systems as well as traditional IT Systems
- Create and manage the cyber security budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to support security initiatives for both OT and IT systems
- Identify, assess and prioritize security risks and vulnerabilities in both OT and IT systems and develop strategies to address and mitigate these risks.
- Collaborate with the Governance team to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection laws (i.e. GDPR, CCPA), industry standards (i.e. ISO27001) and internal security policies
- Develop and execute employee security training and awareness programs for both OT and IT teams to foster a culture of security awareness and responsibility
- Oversee the selection, implementation and management of security technologies for both OT and IT environments, such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems and encryption tools
- Conduct and oversee security auditions, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify and address weaknesses in the company's security posture
- Collaborate with the Governance team to establish and maintain a robust NSIT security framework, including defining and monitoring KPIs and security metrics
For this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e. Computer Science, Information Technology
- CISSP, CISA , and CISM certifications are highly desired
- 3-5+ years of experience working in Cyber Security role
- Proven experience in Information Security Management, with a strong focus on both OT and IT security, including a track record of successful security program development
- Strong understanding of cyber security technologies, practice and standards
- Previous project management experience
- Previous leadership experience
