About the Job
- Cyber Security Engineer will collaborate with the Government teams to understand Cyber Security Engineer for Sal requirements for RMF framework for the ATO process
- Supports and builds all related security documents and artifacts supporting RMF and ATO
- Handles a wide range of security issues including architectures, firewalls, electronic data traffic, and network access
- Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal
- Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints
- Integrates new architectural features into existing infrastructures, designs cyber security architectural artifacts, provides architectural analysis, and relates existing system to future needs and trends, embeds advanced forensic tools and techniques for attack reconstruction, provides engineering recommendations, and resolves integration/testing issues
- As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will conduct risk assessment and provides recommendations for application design
- Uses encryption technology, penetration and vulnerability analysis of various security technologies, and information technology security research
- Responsible for analysis, evaluation, and recommendations designed to promote economy, efficiency, and effectiveness in the customer's security program
- May lead or mentor lower-level engineers
- Builds and maintains trusted relationships with customers
- May interface with external entities including law enforcement, and intelligence/government agencies
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Information
- Management or Information Security Management
- 5+ years of experience as a Cyber Security Engineer or similar role working with ServiceNow or Salesforce Applications
- Experience leading and delivering Agile Development projects
- Experience leading client briefings and review sessions; Demonstrated ability to
- Present a polished and professional image to clients
- Willingness to readily take ownership of tasks and problems, which often extend beyond initial scope of responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to thrive in an ever changing, technology-based consulting environment
- The successful candidate must be able to work remotely and be able to travel occasionally as needed
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
