Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and passionate Cyber Security Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience, a degree in Cybersecurity, and a strong passion for the field. This role involves performing audit activities, working with third parties on audits and assessments across various business units and geographies, and facilitating the creation and execution of remediation plans. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for securing all corporate resources and creating a culture of risk awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audit activities and assessments across business units and geographies.
- Collaborate with third parties on audits and assessments.
- Utilize CIS framework (or related) to identify and remediate security gaps.
- Develop and execute controls to mitigate identified risks.
- Create and document security processes and procedures.
- Educate users and conduct training sessions on security best practices.
- Prepare and deliver presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Analyze security data and provide actionable insights.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Handle sensitive topics with discretion and professionalism.
- Lead design and implementation of robust technical architectures, ensuring alignment with business requirements, security standards, and best practices.
- Lead the company’s transition to the CIS-IG1 standard.
- Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with the CIS framework or similar security frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and adapt to changing environments.
- Strong passion for cybersecurity and continuous learning.

- CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
