Description
The Global Information Security (GIS) Cyber Brand Defense (CBD) team investigates and engages external digital threats that impact the bank’s interests. This includes identifying, investigating, and remediating cybersecurity threats.
Cyber Brand Defense Specialists are expected to operate independently and leverage best-in-class investigation skills across multiple concurrent investigations to find external engagement opportunities that reduce risk to the firm, the firm's interests or customers. CBD Specialists develops and executes evidence-based operations to interdict or mitigate external threats. This includes, but not limited to, counter phishing/ vishing, reporting network attacks, and engaging fraud found on the Internet or social media. CBD Specialists build and maintain relationships with service providers to ensure timely investigations and stay with every issue until resolution.

·Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding
·Must have strong leadership skills and qualities which enable you to work with peers and various levels of management
·Demonstrated vendor management skills
·Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
·Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking
·Confident and capable written and oral presentation skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.25
