Years of experience REQ: 1 year minimum
First-timers accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: Weekends availability is required.
Certs REQ: BLS and WA license required, NBSTSA is preferred.
Is on-call REQ? Yes, on call is required. min 1 weekday call (M-Th), 1 wkend/mo (Fri-Sun)
Will this traveler need to float between like units? *Floating may be required to the general OR.
Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes, the manager would be accommodating on case-by-case basis.
Locals accepted: No. Local radius rule: more than 50 miles from the facility.
Pending License accepted: No pending license accepted.
RTO Restrictions: Limit to 2 requests, must be in submission.
