The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for representing, promoting, and acquiring new customers for our automotive clients.
We need to fill 2-3 positions, all are entry-level with the opportunity for advancement as we continue to grow as a company. Customer Service/Sales Associates will be cross-trained in marketing and business development to gain better knowledge of our marketing company and our various clients and the marketing campaigns we have developed for them.
Daily Duties Include:
- Promote clients,
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Offer presentations describing basic client services
- Communicate with team members on customer issues
