Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in training new team members on customer support processes.
- Work with employees represented by bargaining units to address concerns.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree plus 2 years of customer support experience, or 6 years of related education and experience.
- Experience working with bargaining unit employees.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
