Customer Support Specialist - Ultimate Staffing Services

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join a Manufacturing company in Lake Forest, CA. This role is onsite, Monday- Friday, 8am- 5pm & will be responsible for managing customer interactions, processing orders, and providing exceptional support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve claims.
• Share open-order reports with clients.
• Collaborate with customers on artwork creation and updates.
• Coordinate with warehouse and quality teams for order fulfillment.
• Process returns, defective claims, and credits.
• Support sales teams with pricing, inventory, and customer requests.
• Monitor inventory and place orders for materials.
• Arrange deliveries, track shipments, and update customers.
• Prepare progress and quarterly reports.
• Perform other tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree preferred.
• Experience: 1+ year in a similar role is a plus.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with customer service principles and tools.

Skills

• Multitasking and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of inventory and logistics processes.
