Our online application platform streamlines the process, saving time, frustration, and stress, but at the heart of everything we do, is our commitment to building genuine relationships and providing personalized support to the senior veterans and families we serve.
That's where YOU come in! As our Client Support Specialist, you'll be the ultimate champion for our veteran clients, helping them find the way to navigate a difficult process with ease.

As a Client Support Specialist, you will educate veterans, surviving spouses, and their families about a little-known pension benefit by providing support to our customers who have purchased our application software:
• Support customers through the application process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition of new clients and drive revenue growth.
• Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, using SalesForce.
• Communicate regularly with management on progress, opportunities, and challenges, and proactively seek feedback to improve performance continuously.
• Actively listen to and assess families’ needs to find the best solutions.
• Utilize the company's approved and imbedded sales process to convert at a high level.
