Possible temp to hire position. Two positions open a FT 40hr/wk and Part-time 24hr/wk
Gainesville, FL
Schedule: FT & PT, various shifts from 7am - 11:30pm, Hours may include weekends and holidays. After training days (Tues.,Wed. and Thurs.) the PT shift will be 3pm - 1130pm
Salary: $21.59/hr

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and provide solutions uniquely suited to individual customers
- Provide customer technical support for troubleshooting password resets, ticket routing, switches, routers, etc..
- May analyze customer contracts and services
- Other duties as assigned
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 11:30 PM
Skills:
- Able to work on multiple monitors
- Ability to multitask and be flexible
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- 3+ years of experience in customer service and IT help desk experience.
- Sharp analytical and mathematical skills
- Basic knowledge of or ability to learn billing and records policies and procedures
- Working knowledge of computers and relevant software including, but not limited to, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer and SAP
- Candidates who have utility billing, accounting and finance experience highly preferred
