Department SummaryThe Wireless Customer Service Representative role is based in our advanced Bluefield facility, where you'll engage with cutting-edge wireless technology. Post-training schedules may include a mix of remote and onsite work.
Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Customer Experience Team (CXO), you will resolve customer issues, promote services, and provide exceptional support through voice and chat interactions.
- Build long-term customer relationships with exceptional service.
- Maintain knowledge of wireless products and pricing.
- Provide product suggestions and sell services.
- Respond to inquiries about billing and troubleshooting.
- Identify trends to enhance service quality.
All candidates must have:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- A customer-first attitude.
- A collaborative mindset.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Customer service experience.
- Familiarity with wireless devices.
- Strong communication skills.
- Starting pay at $17.50/hr with a 10% increase after 90 days.
