Customer Support Representative - HEICO Corporation

Inertial Aerospace Services, Inc. (IAS), a subsidiary of HEICO Aerospace, is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative at our Highland Heights location. In this position the Customer Service Representative may be required to:

* Process quotes on a daily basis as needed for assigned customer base.
* Handle pricing and quoting of repair orders to the customers and make necessary inquiries for any special requests as needed.
* Update Pentagon and file quote approvals when received.
* Process warranty paperwork and teardowns as per company policy.
* Ship and Invoice as needed.
* Open work orders as needed.
* Handle expedite requests and refer to the Shop Supervisor accordingly.
* Handle status requests as needed by the customer.
* Inform the CS Manager of any issues or concerns that may be in the best interest of the company and/or the customer.
* Extensive use of email to send/receive quotes and customers correspondence.
* Any other tasks as assigned by Management.

Skills:

* Accurate typing skills at least 50 WPM, which includes 10-key.
* Three (3) years of experience required in related field
* Proficient use of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
* Friendly telephone skills, with a professional use of language.
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize as necessary
* Ability to work in a team environment and under tight deadlines
* Highly responsive to internal and external customer requirements, with a high attention for detail
* Must work well with others and be flexible in handling multiple tasks.
* Aviation related experience preferred.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to work in a fast pace environment
* Must be flexible to work long hours including weekends as needed
* Excellent attendance and a positive attitude
