JOB RESPONSIBILIITIES:
- This role involves logging IT Service Desk cases, providing initial triage and technical support across various channels, and actively participating in Global Forums.
- Escalate complex issues to internal or external resources and Subject Matter Experts.
- Support users in the use of the ServiceNow platform by providing advice and walk-through.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing and contribute to ServiceNow Store Applications support.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and familiarity with SaaS applications.
- Experience working in a technical helpdesk environment, with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Log cases on the IT Service Desk and maintain details of software/hardware problems.
- Provide initial technical support, solving customer inquiries via phone, email, or ServiceNow CRM.
