Job Summary:
Glowacki Management Company is seeking a motivated, high energy, detail orientated, and professional individual for Full Time Customer Support & Office Coordinator position. The Customer Support & Office Coordinator plays a dual role in providing exceptional customer service while executing daily administrative tasks to assist in the smooth operation of the office. This position involves addressing customer inquiries, executing upon office functions, and supporting various teams with clerical duties. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, organized, and people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced growth orientated environment. Full Medical Benefits and 401k.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as necessary to relevant departments.
• Monitor and collect customer feedback to provide insights on service improvements.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and team members.
• Contribute to the development of customer service procedures and policies to enhance the overall customer experience.
2. Office Coordination:
• Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, mailers and data entry.
• Process tenant documentation and notices
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer support or administrative roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer service software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
