CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER

Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Customer Support Manager to work for a well-established manufacturing organization in Amsterdam, NY.  This is a first shift, full-time, direct hire opportunity. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience training/developing team members.
• Excellent customer service with ability to assess internal/external customer needs and provide positive customer experience.
• Strength in data analysis, and data-driven communications and decision-making
• Experience navigating ERP systems

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field Preferred (combined education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal degree)
• 3+ years proven experience in a customer service role in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Outstanding written/verbal communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish & English (both written and spoken is required)
• Ability to travel up to 50%

SALARY RANGE

• $85k+/- (Based on experience)
