CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER
Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Customer Support Manager to work for a well-established manufacturing organization in Amsterdam, NY. This is a first shift, full-time, direct hire opportunity.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience training/developing team members.
- Excellent customer service with ability to assess internal/external customer needs and provide positive customer experience.
- Strength in data analysis, and data-driven communications and decision-making
- Experience navigating ERP systems
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field Preferred (combined education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal degree)
- 3+ years proven experience in a customer service role in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding written/verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish & English (both written and spoken is required)
- Ability to travel up to 50%
SALARY RANGE
- $85k+/- (Based on experience)
