Responsibilities:
--Provides remote network consultation to independently debug complex network problems within LAN/WAN and Datcenter environments with a foucs on Layer 2 switching
--Acts as a focal point for large account network problem resolution including design, configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco Catalyst switches, VSS, Nexus 7k, Spanning Tree, VLANs, LACP, PAGP, and VPC
--Provides support on a world-wide basis to all HTTS customers.
--Provide systems/product training to peers within the HTTS team.
--Acts as a technical expert and is a go-to resource for the team.
-- Works independently, receiving minimal supervision, with no instruction on routine work and general instruction on new assignments.
--Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
-- Applies known solutions to solve problems.
