Skills and Experience:
The EHR application (SaaS) Support analyst main role is to successfully carry out the full implementation lifecycle of a behavioral health EHR system, including planning, clinical workflow design and training.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and assistance to the clinical staff and/or physician/provider users
- Troubleshoot issues, provide support over the phone
- Resolve issues
- Raising tickets to higher level
- Strong customer service orientation.
