Responsibilities:

• Arrange Travel
• Maintain team calendars including travel and leave
• Prepare expense reports
• Maintain promotional items
• Create Purchase Orders
• Research, gather, and input information into SalesForce

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Associates Degree Preferred
• 2+ years of previous experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Concur preferred
• Experience with Aventri tool preferred
• Experience with Sharepoint preferred.
