Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay: $18.00 - $19.16/hour

Contract Duration: 6 months

Hybrid: 3 days On-Site, 2 days Remote

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming phone calls regarding service inquiries.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.

Document interactions and follow up as needed.

Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Proficient in using computer systems and software.
