Location: Skillman, NJ Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ , but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.
Travel %: 10%
Pay : $73,000-$117,300
What you will do
The Amazon Senior Customer Supply Chain Analyst will partner with Amazon and internal supply chain teams to help optimize the end-to-end supply chain with a focus on network cost and service. The Senior Customer Supply Chain Analyst will conduct detailed analysis on product flow and supply chain opportunities utilizing advanced systems and process excellence tools. The Senior Customer Supply Chain Analyst will implement process improvements through cross-functional collaboration as well as partnering with Amazon to drive achievement of organizational metrics and Amazon goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and leverage key business relationships to understand Amazon expectations and internal policies/capabilities to proactively manage the business to meet Amazon expectations.
- Lead in identifying, planning, and implementing end to end solutions that improve service and cost and or implement new capabilities.
- Deliver innovation to enable our business through the effective use of technology.
- Analyze, recommend, and implement modifications to Amazon purchasing patterns and Kenvue Network and products for optimal service and improved logistics efficiencies.
- Drive process and systems improvements that positively impact order management, inventory management, and dashboard measures.
- Participate in the design & lead Amazon specific supply chain joint business planning, and Retail Customer Logistics' Strategic Tactics which further our mission of being a best-in-class customer facing supply chain organization.
- Find opportunities and lead improvement projects to develop transportation solutions to improve on-time delivery and drive profitable growth through logistics, replenishment, and policy optimization.
- Help resolve escalated discrepancies relating to data integrity, shipping issues, and trade pricing/promotional management through root cause identification and corrective actions.
- Learn and utilize new technology to drive proactive business planning, accurate and timely analytics, and efficiency.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions using process excellence tools and methodologies that help shape our programmatic approach within the E2E supply chain.
- Utilize Microsoft and other Advanced Analytics applications, data mining as well as business applications such as: SAP, BW, EDI, Celonis and ERP Systems.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of related work experience required.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working on multi-functional teams required.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills required.
- Proficiency with MS Suite, including advanced Excel required.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI, etc.) required.
- This position may require up to 10% domestic travel.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with developing digital solutions preferred.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability and desire to learn and optimize new systems and applications preferred.
- Customer-centric mindset, with customer-facing working experience is preferred.
- Experience in Customer Service, Planning, Manufacturing, Transportation, Finance or Distribution preferred.
- Business applications experience preferred, such as, BW, EDI, Celonis or other ERP Systems.
- Process Excellence training or certification such as Lean, Six Sigma is preferred.
- Strong project management skills are preferred.
